Today, October 19, 2026, I published the first chapter of IN Motion on Webnovel.
I’m Julia Iv, and this is a new way for me to share a story that is already available as a complete book on Amazon. On Webnovel, I plan to release it chapter by chapter, with daily updates.
What drew me to this format was the possibility of meeting readers while they read. Someone might finish a chapter, leave a comment, return for the next part, or become curious about the person behind the story. That possibility matters to me.
My experience sharing music on Suno helped me understand what I was looking for. Hearing from people who discovered something I created made publishing feel less solitary. I wanted to explore whether sharing fiction could bring a similar kind of connection.
IN Motion follows Megan and Ryan as they meet again at a rural property near San Bruno. Megan arrives with questions about her life that online conversations and digital tools cannot resolve. Ryan comes under financial pressure, carrying memories that distance from the city does little to quiet.
Their reunion brings unfinished conversations back into the open. As they spend time together, ambition, uncertainty, and the influence of digital life become part of a much more personal question: how do you understand another person when you are still trying to understand yourself?
For now, I’m starting with the chapters. I’m learning how Webnovel works, preparing each update, and giving readers a place to discover IN Motion at their own pace.
If you find my work there under Julia Iv, I’d love to hear which moment made you want to keep reading.
